ਅਰਥ: ਜਦੋਂ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਚੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ।
