ਅਖਾਣ: ਅੰਨ੍ਹੀ ਕੁੱਤੀ ਜਲੇਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ॥
Akhan: Anhi Kutti Jalebiyan Di Rakhi
ਅਰਥ: ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਣਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਸੌਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
Literal Translation: A blind dog protects jalebis.
Meaning (English): Someone incapable is trying to protect or guard something valuable, but they are ineffective.
English Equivalent: A blind man at a treasure.
