ਅਖਾਣ: ਅੰਨ੍ਹਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਕਾਣਾ ਰਾਜਾ॥
Akhan: Annhiyaan ch kaana raaja
ਅਰਥ: ਮੂਰਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕਦਰ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।
Literal Translation: Among blind, the one-eyed is king
Meaning (English): Someone with little advantage dominates the rest
English Equivalent: In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king
