ਅਰਥ: ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ, ਦਿਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਾਹਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਲਵਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ, ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਲਵੇ, ਉਹਦੀ ਹਰ ਮੈਦਾਨੇ ਜੈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Literal Translation: Conquer the mind, conquer the world
Meaning (English): Mastering your mind is the key to overcoming external challenges
