ਅਖਾਣ: ਭਾਰਾ ਬੂਟਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ॥
Akhan: Bhara Boota Hameshan Neevan Hunda Hai
ਅਰਥ: ਗੁਣਵਾਨ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਨਿਵਿਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਦੀ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
Literal Translation: Heavy tree is always low.
Meaning (English): The wise and accomplished remain humble.
English Equivalent: The higher the tree, the lower it bends.
