ਅਖਾਣ: ਉਹ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਖੜੇ। ਉਹ ਘੋੜੀ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹੇ॥
Akhan: Uh naal na khade, uh ghodi te chadhe
ਅਰਥ: ਬਦੇ ਬਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਸੰਗੀ ਜਾਂ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਬਣਨ ਦੇ ਜਤਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਦੇ ਹਨ।
Literal Translation: He doesn’t stand with you, yet rides the horse.
Meaning (English): Someone enjoys benefits without sharing struggles.
English Equivalent: Reaping without sowing.
