Akhan: Bahuta Bhala Na Bolna, Bahuti Bhali Na Chupp, Bahuta Bhala Na Meghla, Bahuti Bhali Na Dhoop
ਅਰਥ: ਬਹੁਤਾ ਬੋਲਣਾ, ਬਹੁਤੀ ਚੁੱਪ, ਬਹੁਤਾ ਮੀਂਹ, ਬਹੁਤੀ ਧੁੱਪ, ਇਹ ਸਭ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।
Literal Translation: Speaking too much is not good, staying too quiet is not good, too much cloud is not good, too much sun is not good.
