ਅਰਥ: ਜਦੋ ਕੋਈ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਮਾੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਵੱਡੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਗ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵਰਤਦੇ ਹਨ।
