Akhan: Par-Hathin Vanj Sunehin Kheti, Kade Na Hunde Battian De Teti
ਅਰਥ: ਕਾਰ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਬੰਦਾ ਆਪ ਸਿਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਾਵੇ।
Literal Translation: Farming with others’ hands, the crops never yield
Meaning (English): Work done by others without personal effort rarely succeeds
English Equivalent: If you want a thing done well, do it yourself
