ਅਰਥ: ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੈ ਉਪਰ ਬਦੋ-ਬਦੀ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰ ਬਹਿਣਾ।
Literal Translation: The housewife sat down when the fire came
Meaning (English): People sometimes remain inactive in the face of urgent problems
