Akhan: Dakhay Hath Na Apday Aakhey Thoo Kauri
ਅਰਥ: ਕਿਸੇ ਚੀਜ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਖਾਹ ਮੁਖਾਹ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ।
Literal Translation: The hand that takes does not slip, says the coin.
Meaning (English): Those who act cleverly protect their own interests.
English Equivalent: A shrewd person never loses their stake.
