ਅਰਥ: ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿਛ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
Literal Translation: Neither in three nor in thirteen.
Meaning (English): Belonging nowhere; caught between options.
