ਅਖਾਣ: ਜਾਨ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜਹਾਨ ਹੈ॥
Akhan: Jaan Hai Taan Jahan Hai
ਅਰਥ: ਕਿਸੇ ਰੋਗੀ ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਿਆਲ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਵਧੇਰੀ ਖੇਚਲ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੰਮ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੁਝਾਉ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Literal Translation: If there is life, there is the world
Meaning (English): Life is the ultimate asset
