ਅਰਥ: ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਵੱਲ ਦੇਖਣ ਤੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
