ਅਖਾਣ: ਚੋਰ ਉੱਚਕਾ ਚੌਧਰੀ, ਗੁੰਡੀ ਰੰਨ ਪਰਧਾਨ
Akhan: Chor Uchka Chaudhri, Gundi Rann Pardhan
ਅਰਥ: ਜਦ ਲੁੱਚੇ, ਲੰਡੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੌਧਰੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਭਲੇਮਾਣਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਛ ਪਰਤੀਤ ਨਾ ਰਹੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Literal Translation: The thief is a chief, the thug is the boss
