ਅਖਾਣ: ਗਲ ਪਇਆ ਢੋਲ ਵਜਾਉਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ॥
Akhan: Gal Peia Dhol Vajaauna Painda Hai
ਅਰਥ: ਸਿਰ ਪਿਆ ਕੰਮ ਔਖੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Literal Translation: When the matter arises, the drum must be beaten
Meaning (English): Actions are needed to make a situation known.
English Equivalent: You must strike while the iron is hot.
