ਅਰਥ: ਜਦ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਫੋਕੀਆਂ ਫੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਘਟਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Literal Translation: An empty conch makes noise
