ਅਖਾਣ: ਕੁੱਤਾ ਭੌਂਕਦਾ ਕਾਰਖਾਨਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ॥
Akhan: Kutta Bhaunkda Karkhana Chalda
ਅਰਥ: ਚੰਗੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ-ਚੁਗਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਚੰਗੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਚੰਗਿਆਈ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ।
Literal Translation: The dog barks, but the factory runs.
Meaning (English): Criticism does not stop progress.
English Equivalent: Barking dogs seldom bite.
