ਅਰਥ: ਮੂਰਖ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਿਆਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਦਾ।
Literal Translation: A crazy girl dances in the afternoon.
Meaning (English): Someone acts recklessly or without thinking.
English Equivalent: Foolish actions are often visible for all to see.
