ਅਖਾਣ: ਕੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੰਡਾ ਕੱਢੀਦਾ ਹੈ॥
Akhan: Kande Nal Hi Kanda Kaddida Hai.
ਅਰਥ: ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਰਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੋਈ ਉਹਦੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਤੇ ਸਾਵਾਂ ਬੰਦਾ ਹੀ ਲੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
Literal Translation: Only a thorn can remove a thorn.
Meaning (English): Some problems require equal effort or force to solve.
English Equivalent: Fight fire with fire.
