ਅਖਾਣ: ਕੱਛ ਵਿਚ ਸੋਟਾ ਨਾਂ ਗ਼ਰੀਬ ਦਾਸ॥
Akhan: Kachh Vich Sota Na Gareeb Das.
ਅਰਥ: ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਹੋਣਾ ।
Literal Translation: No whip in the loincloth, says the poor servant.
Meaning (English): The powerless cannot enforce rules.
English Equivalent: The weak cannot enforce discipline.
