ਅਖਾਣ: ਸਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਂਦੀ। ਪਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਂਦੀ ਹਾਂ॥
Akhan: Sahe Nu Nahi Rondi. Pahe Nu Rondi Haan.
ਅਰਥ: ਜਦ ਕੋਈ ਇਕ ਭੁੱਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਮਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਲੀਹ ਹੀ ਪੈ ਜਾਵੇ।
Literal Translation: She doesn’t cry for the patient, she cries for the clever.
Meaning (English): People often admire or react to the cunning rather than the patient.
English Equivalent: Fortune favors the bold.
