ਅਖਾਣ: ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਝੋਰਾ। ਕਾਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ॥
Akhan: Shehar Da Jhora. Qaazi Nu.
ਅਰਥ: ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੋਗਾ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਪਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਬਹੁਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਕਰੇ ।
Literal Translation: The city’s complaint goes to the judge.
Meaning (English): Official matters are best handled by those in authority.
English Equivalent: Go to the right person for the right task.
