ਅਰਥ: ਜਦ ਚੀਜ਼ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
