ਅਖਾਣ: ਉੱਚਾ ਲੰਮਾ ਗੱਭਰੂ। ਪੱਲੇ ਠੀਕਰੀਆਂ॥
Akhan: Ucha lamba gabbroo, palle theekriyan
ਅਰਥ: ਸ਼ਕਲ ਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਪਰ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾੜਾ।
Literal Translation: Tall, handsome man but with only potsherds in hand.
Meaning (English): Appearances deceive; he has nothing.
English Equivalent: All show and no substance.
