ਅਰਥ: ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਚੱਜ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਤੇ ਮੜ੍ਹ ਦੇਵੇ
Literal Translation: One blames the courtyard for own faults.
Meaning (English): People often blame external factors for their own failures.
English Equivalent: Don’t blame the tools for the task.
